Appalling experience as my room was infested with bed bugs. I was bitten completely from top to bottom and when I realised what it was the staff moved me from my room, confiscated all my clothes and luggage etc. to fumigate. I was left with no clothes for 2 days and could not go out then the cream for the bites also meant I could not go in the sun. On top of that the pool which was not completely clear when I arrived became worse by the day and that had to shut until some contractors came and sorted it out. It is a shame as the apartments are well appointed but there is no visible management and very little care on cleaning etc. Wish I had stayed at home in Bournemouth.

Nice apartment. The quality / price rapport despite being also okay, could, nevertheless, be better, since for this price (even if it's not expensive) we would expect a more comfortable apartment (the worse was the bed, not all comfortable). The hotel is very well located, near a multitude of wonderful Spanish beaches (despite being mainly accessible only by car from the hotel). Most important: be careful with the chinese (wok) restaurants in the area (including in nearby towns), since the food is of very low quality and often contaminated and out-dated.

Wij hebben een zeer goed gevoel aan ons verblijf overgehouden. Er is 24 uur receptiedienst. Indien er een probleem in het appartement is , dan komt er iemand binnen een kwartier na melding. We hadden een probleem met de druk van het warme water , wat werd opgelost. Twee uur later kwam de technicus nog even vragen of het naar behoren werkte. Een superservice !

We stayed at this hotel while searching for a property to purchase. The room was more of an apartment with 2 double bedrooms and large living room with kitchen. The place was lovely and clean with comfortable beds, however we only had the sun for the last hour of the day. The kitchen was not very well equipped so it was difficult to prepare meals but we did manage. The area outside could do with a good makeover but there where sunbeds to use around the empty pool.

Helt greit, men litt avsidesliggende.

Great stay! Room (2409) up to date and spacious. No hairdryer or kettle in room but reception will supply. Also required wine glasses and extra pillows which were supplied immediately. Reception staff most helpful. I intend to return in 2017 and will ask for my old room. Bought a bread knife to make sandwiches for journey home. Hope it's still there when I return. 2Km from beach
