Basic facilities. Deposit required for kettle, hairdryer, toaster and iron. Had to return used towels to reception and collect clean ones. No maid to clean room.

La limpieza del apartamaento fatal , telarañas ,vajilla sucia, ofertan spa y no lo hay , quierers tomar un cafe y tostada en la cafeteria a las 11:00 am. y no te sirven tostadas por que estas fuera de hora , si lo vas a pagar , recepcion tienes que buscar a la persona que esta en la cafeteria hablando y comiendo, fatal.

Great hotel had everything you could want! I note with interest people saying that there was no kettle however when you check in you are given a leaflet that explains kettles, toasters etc can be hired at reception for a deposit. The rooms had a fridge freezer ( the freezer is a first for me) cooker, oven, microwave, and all cleaning materials. The hotel is close to all amenities but I had my own car! However there is a Wok Buffett across the road pizzas were being delivered constantly! There was a lovely pool bar serving food but I didn't try it so cannot comment. The negative for me was the sofa bed! My 6 year grandson could open the patio windows even if I locked them as we were on the 4th floor I was not happy for him to sleep next to them and us be in a bedroom, which ment his mother had to sleep on the sofa bed! omg my grandson would have struggled to sleep on that! It really was unacceptable. If staying again I would ask for 2 bedrooms. And the other niggle is if you want your room cleaning you have to pay for it! To be honest I go on holiday to get away from that! Just a reminder! I didn't think it would bother me!

Too time if you are planning a short term holiday you should go to Alicante..

Run down facilities . Rude staff and unhelpful receptionist. Most uncomfortable beds ever. Not that clean. And terrible poolside bar. With some improvements could be so much better. As it is I would never recommend it.

For a low cost budget hotel it fits the bill, would never say any aspect of it is better than ok, but we've stayed in far worse that have cost a lot more, hence the above title.

Family room for 4 - the apartment was nice and enough space but the beds were not good (too hard). Good balcony No cleaning is included - we had to change the towels every other day at the lobby and every fifth day we need to change the beds and get new sheets at the lobby. We had to ask for toilet roll and we had to take the rubbish out. You can get coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hair dryer and hand blender at the lobby for 30 Euros which are refundable at chech out Benches at the pool were poor the first week but the second week - 20 new benches arrived. The pool was good. The breakfast was not good - only bread, toppings, juice and coffee Staff quite good and service-oriented at the bar. But at the lobby the staff could the more friendly and smile some times..... Parking lot was good - inside - under the house Washing machines (3 Euros for each wash) Live music 4 evenings at the week (Thursday-Sunday) Wi-Fi at the lobby

la experiencia ha sido malísima, le quise dar una sorpresa a mi mujer a hijos y fué todo lo contrario, fuimos a pasar un fin de semana solo, y nada más llegar la habitación que nos dieron daba pena, las pelusas colgaban de los pulsadores de la luz, al abrir el sofa cama estaba lleno de migas de comida incluida una araña , la luz del espejo del aseo no iba, en la mampara de baño habian mocos pegados pero no era lo peor, lo peor era ver restos de sangre en el wc y bañera, fuimos a quejarnos y nos cambiaron de habitación y al dia siguiente en la nueva habitación empezo a caer agua del techo como una fuente, tuvimos que avisar y esque el aparato del aire acondicionado estaba obstruido, 2h encerrados en la habitación esperando el arreglo, un desastroso fin de semana. nunca mas volveremos y el precio no fue nada barato para lo que nos encontramos, desastroso

Muy sucio en general y desatendido. La cocina daba pena , tuvimos que fregar todos los utensilios y encima hay lo justo, una sartén, una cacerola, 4 vasos y cuatro platos. No hay ni un mantel, ni cafetera y un solo paño de cocina. Las almohadas finas como papel de fumar y el sofá cama incimodisimo, no hay ni un cojín ni una almohada demás como en otros hoteles. El personal de recepción antipático y encima te piden 50 € de fianza por el apartamento, que me lo tendrían que haber dado ellos a mi por que tuve que fregar el suelo. Pelusas colgando del techo del baño y hormigas, además de churretes por todos los azulejos. Por decir algo bueno la piscina bien y el parking es gratis tanto el de superficie co.o el cubierto
