Apartamentos Europa House Sun Beach

Spent 24hours without running water and toilet facilities in our appartment, no warning, just a note posted next to the lifts. The whole place just needed some TLC

Prácticamente abandonado, piscina sucia y mal olor, en la habitación no funcionaba el agua caliente ni la televisión, fuimos para un fin de semana y nos tuvimos que duchar el viernes en otra habitación porque no había nadie de mantenimiento hasta el sábado a las 09:00, que vino y nos lo arreglo y nos cambio la televisión.

El apartamento bastante limpio y cómodo pero las instalaciones dejan que desear. Recinto de la piscina muy sucio, nadie limpio nada.

This hotel was extremely clean and was approx 30 mins from alicante airport. So super easy to organise transfers to and from. The hotel itself was equipped with a pool perfect for all individuals and groups and also a bar nearby which was great for snacks. However, the restaurant at the hotel did not appear to be in use nor did the crazy golf despite being listed online.The location of the hotel is approx 25 minutes by foot to the nearest town and only 5 minutes from the local supermarket which is very handy. However it is important to note that for young families or individuals with health conditions this is quite a walk and so a car/taxi may be more appropriate. One of the only downsides to the hotel were the abrupt nature of some of the front desk staff who struggled with English, this made tasks like towel replacements and enquiries much more difficult. Despite this, there were equally some lovely staff who made our stay extremely enjoyable. Would 100% recommend.

La habitación muy buena, en la recepción muchísimo calor, porque no había aire acondicionado y el chiringuito por las noches, super caro todo lo que ofrecen.

Al estar a la entrada del pueblo y tener parking es muy cómodo, sabiendo que necesitas coche para moverte. Es limpio y muy aceptables las camas. Un poco pobre el desayuno pero en general muy bien.

-Kitchen with not a lot of things (non existing coffee machine, ...) -Fridge not very clean. -Issue on isolation between other appartments (noise during night). 1 remaining positive point: parking

Having seen the reviews on here, and how polar they were, after a bit of an anxious journey out we were pleased with what we got. It's good value for money, but for that you have to accept things like taking rubbish out yourself and deposits for electrical items. The towel change over really wasn't as traumatic as some on here make it feel. And we were travelling with 3 young kids, so we got through them. The place is a little tired in places, but generally speaking it's clean and tidy. Staff are helpful and communicate very well.

Very basic but more than what could be expected for the price. Comfortable bed and lovely balcony.
