Hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Great location for photos and visiting the area ( walks, site seeing etc.). Would definitely recommend a stay here, if only just to see the hotel.

Returned after a few years away, as good as I remember, staff so friendly and hospitable.. Only drawback a hot night and a winter duvet, opened window helped a little, but seriously summer duvets please. However I would return.

What a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed a great time at this hotel. From the staff to the cat all were friendly and professional. Our room was pleasant but the star of the show was the food. A menu offering goat terrine and hogget cannon is fine by me. Excellent all round stay
