"Groseros irrespetuosos"

Llegué al hotel y el seguridad grosero nos dijo que había sido cancelada nuestra reserva. Fuimos o lobby y al minuto recibí el correo de cancelación. Lo cancelaron en el momento que elogie al hotel que ya era media noche por un retraso de salud

Ni siquiera nos dejaron entrar al hotel. El grosero del seguridad nos dijo que se había cancelado todas las reservas porque el hotel estaba lleno
