Avoid booking this hotel. I checked into New Hotel Kabalana but ended up leaving after the first night and didn’t stay for the rest of my reservation. Right after checking out, I requested a cancellation and a refund for the unused nights. Since then: The hotel has stopped replying completely Booking.com tried to reach them but got no response All follow-up attempts have been ignored At this point, I’ve had to open a dispute with my bank regarding the charge for nights I didn’t use. This isn’t about personal preference, it’s about being charged for something I didn’t use and receiving zero communication from the hotel. Based on this experience, I would strongly reconsider booking here.

EL DIA QUE SOBRO NO ME LO GUARDARON PARA QUE EN MI PROXIMA ESTADIA NO PAGUE POR DICHO DIA (OJO, SE QUE HABIA UNA CLAUSULA DE CAMBIOS QUE NO ME FAVORECIA) PERO POR A CANTIDAD DE VECES QUE VOY, CREI QUE ME HARIAN DICHO DESCUENTO
