Compré una habitación con ciertas amenidades; sin embargo, me asignaron una completamente diferente, y cuando me quejé amablemente la respuesta de la atención fué " si no le gusta la habitación puede retirarse" Se suponía que la habitación contara con balcón, microondas, utensilios de cocina y teléfono, pero no tenía ninguno de estos. Además, el elevador demora demasiado, no están pendientes de las cámaras en la garita cuando un vehículo va a salir o entrar al hotel y el wifi es demasiado lento.
