Pathetic Service and Reception!!

Very dirty, old run down hotel, rooms smelly, air conditioner very dirty, not working at all, Ceiling paint peeling off and falling on your face. First night no water at all what so ever. Next day after much complaint, only trickles - told to collect water in a rusty paint can and given a very dirty torn old jug for bath. Reception staff rough rude and Aggressive. No towel, soap or toilet paper - told it was not the hotels responsibility. Only intermittent power supply. Full of mosquitoes. Very steep stairs, no landing. Roof top furniture very old and dirty and the structure collapsed with a spell of wind, nearly injured an Jewish couple. In the restaurants order one item they give something else and demand you to pay for them. Worst accommodation ever anywhere in my life. Far better, very clean accommodation with 24 hour air-con, electricity at much cheaper rates in the same street and within minutes of walking to Central Rail and metro stations. Keep well away from this

Det fungerade inte med bokning via hotels.com enligt Hotel Anoop vilket ledde till att jag fick betala 1 av rummen ytterligare en gång då jag kom till hotellet. Hotell Anoop hade bara fått en bekräftelse på 1 rum, ej två. Suck. Hotellet var ok för det priset, det ursprungliga.

とてもいい場所にあります。メインバザールのおくめです。 買い物観光に最高です。しげたトラベルも近いです。 ＷｉＦｉ有料です。Ｅｘｃｈｅｎｇｅあり（近くに一杯ありますが） Ｂａｒも近くにあり。税、Ｓが高い。

Hell on earth on arriving in delhi after 24 hours travel. dark room, and not that clean dirty sheets and blanket but changed on request, only window opened to concrete wall 2 inches out side window so pretty dark and dissmal start to holiday. booked to bus to Rishikesh through hotel was ment to be sleeper ac tourist bus with taxi to pick up. turned out to be private no ac bus and was walked 2 miles through busy delhi streets to get to bus stop.

El hotel está dentro de todo bien ubicado cerca de la estación de tren de New Delhi sobre una calle ruidosa pero con opciones baratas para comer y comprar. Las habitaciones eran muy muy sucias, mucha humedad y poca luz. Lo único positivo fue la tv y que el agua salía caliente.

good location, but the service is really low profile

Hotellpersonalen var väl ok men nyfikna i receptionen. Väldigt smutsigt men med avseende på priset så kan man inte ha för högt ställda krav. Med "lite" städning skulle det vara helt OK.
