The “included” breakfast was just coffee and toast. But food was good and value was good overall.

We checked in after the sun went down so it was dark out. Lighting on the property is very bad. Dark everywhere. Wish there was more light to actually see where we were going. The hotel room itself is also dark. The restaurant was dark. Not a good experience for my dad who is partially blind. Staff is very helpful though, they were patient with our questions and gave directions.

It is aroud 30 minutes from Guanajuato city, in green area, big territory with little farm, what our kids liked a lot. They updeted our room to suite, what was a nice surprise! In the evening we had a fireplace, what makes this staying unforgettable!

The room was littele bit cold(in January), but it was comfortable to sleep. Breakfast includes only juice, coffe or tea, bread with butter and jam.

Great outdoor areas, lots of activities for the whole family.

We were transferred to another room on the first day because the bathroom sink had a leak. A few nights later we had a roof leak during heavy rain and the staff at the front desk proposed to transfer us to another room. In the middle of the night with heavy rain and a 1 year old? No thank you... Next morning we asked to check out early due to multiple inconveniences during our stay. Staff was always courteous and super helpful but premises need maintenance to be up to date to avoid having guests transfer from one room to the other.
