liked the pool.the water was a little cold at first but was clean and no problem with chlorine.no red eye which was nice.the bike rentals were free of charge which was also nice.they were nothing fancy but the kids liked to use them.

The breakfast that was included in your reservation was a joke that wasn't funny. A very skimpy amount of chopped up fruit in a bowl way too big of a bowl for the one little layer of fruit they give you. That fruit toast and a beverage. That was it.Nothing close to a full breakfast you would expect. But they do give you a menu to order and overpay for what should have already been taken care of.Very disappointing to say the least. There is no air conditioning in rooms.For the bon fire at night you need to make reservations for which they charge you about $40.00 american but include snacks.

1.Hotel overcharged me twice. They made me pay at check in and when we left, they charged me from the credit card I provided to Booking again. As I can't prove that the first payment is the name of hotel(the hotel recipte is another name), I can't get my refund. I found it unreasonable because I have to check the reciept every time the name of the marchant even the time and the amount is correct. The hotel is not answering booking and booking refuses to refund me. So it will be the customer's lost. I found it was a trap. At the reception, they gave a machine to pay and it seemed to be a personal account and they charged you again from the credit card you gave to booking. When I first found out, I contacted the hotel and they promised to refund me. I believed them and it never happened. 2. The room that Hotel provided is way worse than the picture. It is not the same room. 3. There is nothing around the hotel and it is 30 munites by car from hotel to Guanajuato 4.Everything need to be well maintained in hotel, espacially the kid playround. My kid felt down from the swing because the rope was broken. Conclusion: Don't waste your time and money at this hotel.

Muy bonita hacienda e instalaciones amplias y para todos los gustos. Para los niños muchas actividades que pueden realizar.

The property was beautiful! The food in the restaurant was delicious. Great location, but confusing directions using Maps and Waze. We were only able to locate it by pulling over and asking a local.

Es un lugar excelente. El personal se desvive en la atencion a los clientes. Tiene muchas amenidades, realmente es ina muy grata experiencia.

Pésima experiencia, el agua del alberca sucia y súper fría, pésimo servicio de Restaurant, no había agua caliente para bañarse y en recepción nunca nos atendieron para ayudarnos con estos temas, al mostrar nuestra inconformidad al retirarnos fuimos ignorados.

Primero me cambiaron habitaciones a las que reservé, eran dos dobles y me dieron una doble y otra super alejada, sola, abandonada. Me las cambiaron. La que nos toco mala limpieza un chicle en la cabecera de la cama, el lavabo tapado y muy sucio, camas super duras no muy limpias. Recepcionista mala atención al igual que su bellboy. Muy descuidado el lugar, lastima de bonitas areas verdes.

Todo bien excepto la conexión a internet y la señal de cable para tv, fallaba mucho.
