地下鉄駅に近く、各種ショップも多彩。 所在はすぐ知れたが、民泊のようで、ロビー等もない。 住民のように暗証番号を入力しなければならず、チェックインに困難をきたした。日本人にはハードルが高い。 ただし、スタッフはアットホームな対応で親切。 部屋も悪くはないが、ちょうどあてがわれた部屋が入り口入って正面、受付の目の前と落ち着かなかった。 朝食は温かいメニューと時間を選択するが、キッチン丸見えでスタッフが作りながら対応する。正直ちょっと居心地が悪い。

Nice hotel at a very convenient location. A bit old and scary, but I blame that on Hollywood horror movies :p

Nos encantó el trato del personal. El desayuno estaba buenísimo y la habitación camelot estaba decorada con ambientación medieval. La cama enorme y muy cómoda.

Nice hotel, great location, especially if you are traveling by train since it is a the confluence of three major stations. I was able to come into one station from St. Petersburg, and leave 2 days later from a different station only 100 meters away.

Ce mini hôtel est situé au 2 étage d'un immeuble dans la rue Marat non loin de la station de métro Mayakovskaya. Il n'y a pas d’ascenseur comme dans la plupart des immeubles anciens du centre ville. L'entrée est assez délabrée, mais vous allez voir que les locaux occupés par l'hôtel sont refaits à neuf. J'ai eu la chambre N1. Ce n'est pas la meilleure en termes de déco, ni de comfort. Elle donne sur la rue assez bruyante, donc boules Quiès à prévoir pour dormir. La chambre double N4 occupée par mes parents était plus grande et mieux agencée, je vous la conseille. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié, mais copieux, c'est vous qui choisissez le plat chaud principal (omelette, sarrasin, crêpes etc); pas de mini bar ou bouilloire dans la chambre, en revanche vous pouvez utiliser le frigo, la vaisselle, la bouilloire de la salle à manger en dehors du petit déjeuner ce qui est très pratique.

Nice hotel near the station. You just feel like at home.

시내에 위치한 호텔이라 괜찮았고 러시아 숙소 들어가는 입구가 모두가 조금은 찾기힘들지만 입구에비해 숙소들은 리모델링은해 비교적 깨끗하고 안전하다. 러시아 호텔비가 비싼편이라 이정도의 숙소는 괜찮은듯 아침은 그저그렇고 방정리는 깨끗이해준다.

The hotel is located near the main avenue, walking distance from train station to Moscow, metro and easy access to historical area (by tram, bus or walking). The price is very reasonable for the city and quality of services. The staff is friendly much above local standards. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious and varied. It is a perfect stay for a Russian experience: the place seems to be a former apartment. Kitchen is not so big so you have to tell what time you wish to take your breakfast. Hotel is located at storey 3 (1st being ground floor) without lift. But the spacious old style staircase of the building is easy to climb with reasonable amount of luggages. If you enjoy local experiences with friendly, warm and efficient welcome, this place is for you!
