Great value for the money

Parking not great

I like the hotel because it is central for the shops. The owners leave you alone and they let you do your thing.

On arrival people smoking weed so not very welcoming Mattress was very thin

Keys are left in lock box at the front door. Hotel txt's with your code so no need to check in etc. Phone number clearly on the door if there is issues. Entrance area is clean and tidy. There are two off road parking bays to the front of the hotel. The room is decent sized with very comfortable double bed. The tv is on the wall good height so not straining your neck. There is a small cupboard with a worktop which has a kettle and tea/coffee etc. Very handy for your wallet keys etc. There is also a clothes rail in the corner with large built in shelves for all your stuff. Room is warm. Bathroom is small but has what you need. The shower is electric so pressure is average however the water is hot all times of night and day. The hotel is very close to the promenade and is short walk to several bars, restaurants etc.

The hotel rooms need refurbed. However when your paying between £25-£35 per night it really is not an issue. There is a massive difference between tiredness and unclean. This place is clean just a little bit tired. If the rooms were modernised this would easily double in price.
