clean room, comfy enough space

got a room with a shower, to fit what i needed the room for. No hot water in the night or morning. So spending extra for that was like setting it on fire.

I was surprised of the cost it was over the new year's eve period. I opted to stay for new year's eve and new year's day. The room was a good size ( number 11 ) double bed and single bed.. nice to come and go has you please, another good thing it was clean throughout inside and outside the property. I am looking forward to staying again in the future.

I didn't like was the heating wasn't working in my room got told it might be on a timer but my mate was in another room and his room was hot and he said was warm all the time he was there so I was a bit unhappy if they knew the room didn't have radiator working a electric heater should been in there for backup. I rang the number and someone did come and give me a small little electric heater which was thoughtful and it did the job for the night especially in cold conditions.. With my autism I didn't like the key situation I would of preferred someone to be there to greet me but luckily my friend was there to sort it for me.

I loved the location and at first impression upon seeing Luxury room for proce margin was impressive.

But due to bad staff and poor matrass quality and dust brings trip down + some lights didn't work in room

Excellent value for money and quite central to everything

There were a few repairs underway but it wasn't too bad.It wouldn't stop me coming back

Location. The beds were super comfortable. The value for money is overwhelming.

It needs refurbed.
