Club Palm Bay

Great staff, great pool and wonderful food. We never bored of any of them. The staff were without exception friendly, interested and helpful and we miss them already. The pool was vast and very clean with very helpful pool staff. The food was an excellent mix of western and Asian with enough variety to keep us invested for the 8 weeks we stayed at the hotel. The gardens are particularly lovely with a very nice walk around the edge of the lagoon - plenty of wildlife if you wish.

The evening entertainment (music) was the same every week playing exactly the same repertoire each week, which became, not surprisingly, a bit tedious over 8 week. Some was good and some was not so good. Some of the facilities need updating, but we understand that a renovation of the property is in the offing. The room was fine, if a little tired. We had an accessible room which was fine, though the open shower needed some careful placement of towels to ensure the floor did not become wet and slippery. The whole property is accessible by wheelchair. The location is quiet, which is fine, but you need transport to get to the shops, ATM, etc. However there is plentyy of transport available outside the hotel or through PickMe.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were brilliant, lovely rooms and beautiful food.

Dobre różnorodne jedzenie aczkolwiek wszystko bardzo regionalne. Duży zadbany teren. Dużo aktywności dla dorosłych. Dobrze wyposażony bar. W opcji all inclusive niczego nie brakuje. Bardzo duży basen z różnymi głębokościami

Zbyt mała ilość leżaków były dni że trzeba było wstać o 7 żeby zarezerwować leżak. Brak zabaw w wodzie dla dzieci w wieku 3-5 lat. Na przykład jakieś małej zjezdzalni

Die Zimmer, der Pool und die Lage waren gut

Nicht gut war die permanente laute Musikbeschallung zu den Mahlzeiten und am Pool. Dass wir ausserdem beim auschecken aufgefordert und bedrängt wurden, das Hotel mit 10 bei TripAdvisor zu bewerten, empfanden wir als aufdringlich und unangemessen.

We love the place and staff and this is why we return to here again

Only thing is the animation team are geared to provide entertainment for French guests and we would have loved to have more entertainment for us British folk

Mycket fint boende. Allt var perfekt. Maten var mycket god och varierande. Underbart att mötas av leende personal. Vi vill framför allt tacka Mindula för hennes vänlighet och hjälpsamhet och även Maheesa för hans professionalitet och vänlighet. Rummen städades noggrant varje dag, Nadeera och Anura gjorde allt för att göra det extra trivsamt för oss. Swimmingpoolen var fantastisk!

AC:n var tyvärr svår att manövrera. Ofta för blåsigt, även på lågt läge.
