Owners were most welcoming and went above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As soon as the door opened we were welcomed and asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee. Homemade cakes, shortbread and flapjacks near entrance for residents to help themselves. Discount card for surrounding places. Breakfast was lush. Bed very comfortable. Rain shower which I could have stayed in for hours.

Easy to find, decent parking, very helpful and friendly hosts. Good location on north side of town centre with easy access to coast and town centre. Superb breakfasts. Clean & comfortable room, en-suite a little 'tight' but perfectly fine for a 2-night stay.

Breakfast excellent. On arrival greeted with coffee and lovely biscuits. Bed was comfy.it had a good Wi-Fi signal. Offered a ground floor room due to mobility problems. Hosts were lovely

Not as good as it looks in photos. Room had no window, a bit claustrophobic. It was all ok, just a bit shabby in places.

alison and jason are so welcoming and friendly the rooms are clean comfortable and have all you need the breakfast was realy good with plenty of choice this was our second stay and hope to go again in 2024
