what a amazing guest house..very clean comfortable room..extremely friendly staff especially Alison and Jason owners who gave us a lovely welcome on arrival with a coffee and amazing cakes..they could not do enough for you and were lovely to speak to throughout our stay..The breakfast was also fantastic..i had a vegetarian breakfast and there was a variety of items on my plate..the vegetarian haggis and beetroot pate was delicious and made for a real surprise..best breakfast i have ever had due to the variety of items on my plate..my friend who is gluten free also had a amazing breakfast with her dietary needs met in with a fantastic breakfast..The Cromer is only ten minutes walk from all of the ameanities..bars..restaurants and importantly the sea front.. Will deffinately be returning and cannot recommend enough this amazing Guest house.... Thank you again to Alison and Jason xXxXx

Breakfast was really good. The host was brilliant and did everything possible to make the stay good. Room was really nice. I would recommend this property to others.

Everything was really good. Quite expensive but that is because of the cost of living and it is the same everywhere.

I thought the welcome we received when arrived at the B&B with a cuppa and cake was lovely and a nice touch. The room was very comfortable with adjoining room for my grand-daughter. The shower was brilliant. Tea and coffee and biscuits in your room. The breakfast was brilliant and lots of choice. About 5 mins walk to the promenade. Alison, Jason and the waitress were very accommodating and very friendly. Would definitely come back again. Thank you

we loved staying with Alison and Jason they made us so welcome in their lovely guest house. everything was so clean and comfortable and our breakfast was copious. nice comfy beds, modern shower, and it’s in a great location just off the promenade. I would definitely return.

Wonderful place. From initial communication to the loveliest greeting on arrival. Everything's been fantastic!

On arrival, we were asked if we wanted a hot drink and a home made cake. The kids were asked if they want a drink of juice. Lovely hosts who couldn't do enough for us. They advised on where to go, where to eat etc and genuinly made us feel like friends who we had known for years. I read a couple of reviews prior to our visit regarding how good the breakfasts are. We wasn't disappointed. It was amazing. Parking was availavle outside too.
