Score Valley Country House

Nice property and grounds in a quiet valley not far from Ilfracombe (20-25 minute walk) Room was large and tidy with everything you needed and the hosts were very welcoming - nothing seemed too much trouble. Traveled with a dog and the owners have nice little touches with fresh water/poo bags, towels etc always available in the porch if you required. There also a large home cooked breakfast every morning with plenty on offer (cereal/fruit etc) that easily sets you up for the day. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and would definitely go back if in the area.

Excellent overnight stay

Made to feel welcome on arrival, great location, peaceful and quiet with lovely grounds. All round great place to stay!

A lovely hotel, in quiet surroundings. Warm & friendly hosts. Bedroom was comfortable, worth checking bathroom is ensuite whilst making a booking. Breakfasts were brilliant with varied choice.

Lovely stay, superb food, good location to our family camping in Woolacombe

The review I wrote didnt post last year it seems, so trying again as we are staying here again in week! No city/town noise just wonderful sounds of countryside. Breakfast was perfect and Jenny & Roger are most kind and welcoming hosts. We cant wait to stay again in a week.

This B&B was in a great location for where we wanted to visit in North Devon, and was a short drive/reasonable walk from Ilfracombe, where we ate most evenings. Our room was large and comfortable, breakfasts very tasty, and hosts very friendly and helpful.

The country house was very nice,the hosts were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, I shall stay again if in the area
