This was a great place to stay with such friendly and helpful hosts. Only a 2 minute walk to the tram stop. Warm and comfortable and so quiet. 5 Stars, well done.

Blackpool is Blackpool there are a lot of run down hotels but this one is amazing an so cosy

Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Exceptionally clean room. Amazing breakfast lots of choice. Polite a very friendly owners. Quiet area With parking. Definitely stay again.
