Very enjoyable Janet was lovely and really friendly. Hotel perfect Breakfast was very nice. Bedrooms and bathroom were all first class.

Great hosts and nothing too much trouble, made to feel welcome from minute arrived. Very homely. Breakfast cooked fresh and practically anything you like. 5mins walk from prom and 15 mins walk to either tower or pleasure beach.

We made the mistake of parking in the carpark close to hotel as road at front of hotel was packed and it cost £35 for 48hrs!! Ring hotel ahead as they offered us a permit on arrival but had already paid for parking.

I like how the hotel isn't loud and busy it's very calm and quiet and perfect for families and everyone is always friendly. The owner is fantastic with children and always up for a friendly chat and very welcoming and attentive 😊

Everything, owners were amazing, upgraded our room for us free of charge. They sorted my tiny humans out with a bucket and spade each and a little bag to collect things from the beach. Beautiful souls. The room was gorgeous and tidy, everything you could possibly need and then some. The food was beautiful and a huge selection available, catering for any appetites. Honestly can't fault this beautiful little hotel, we will definitely be booking again.

How short our stay was 😂 There was absolutely nothing to dislike, all other reviews on here are correct, my daughter said that if it was a 5 star rating system then she wished we could give them 10.
