Hosts were lovely. Very good value for money especially as breakfast was included in the price. Great location to either walk or get the tram. Will definitely stay here again .

Room was big enough for what was needed, kids loved having a bed not bunk beds 😂 plenty of plugs 🤓 plenty of coffee n teas.

Room was good, toilet in room across landing with key a little awkward for A 7 and 5 year old although they were quite happy to wait for adults to go

"Great hotel with very friendly hosts"

From the minute we got there the hosts Janet and Graham were so friendly and warm and welcoming. The whole stay was amazing and the breakfast was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and we can’t wait to return.
