A clean and tidy room and very helpful staff. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and it do not disappoint. Despite having to check early the staff still came in and prepared breakfast albeit an hour before it was due to start.

Perfect location, very comfortable room and a delicious full English breakfast in the morning thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Friendliness of the staff. Location very close to the Town centre and the park. Railway station also in walking distance. Breakfast excellent. Great variety plus freshly cooked to requirements.

Television was just that. No radio incorporated. Separate small radio which did not have good aerial signal which meant that I was unable to listen to the programs I like. I am more of a radio than a television person.

Some difficulties with parking spaces but the staff were really helpful in sorting it

The hotel was very conveniently situated in a quiet place near the centre of the town. There is parking provided and you are given a key to access the hotel and your bedroom, incase there is no one on reception, but if you require any assistance , it only takes a quick phone call

Everything was great and although parking is limited, every effort is made to ensure you have access.

Very friendly welcome and a great nights sleep in a comfy bed. Lovely breakfast cooked to order. Best place to stay in Horsham
