The venue exceeded our expectations, in fact it was one of the best B and B's I have ever stayed in. It was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.

Nothing could have been better. We liked everything.

The host was really friendly and obliging. Going out of her way to provide a good service. We could access our room all day, and night! The cooked breakfast was excellent quality. The town centre is moments away and everywhere easy to get to. We were able to park our car for the duration of our 5 night break.

The breakfast room is a little soulless and, personally, we didn’t like the tv being on constantly over breakfast.

The Breakfast was fantastic everything in the room was clean even the shampoo and shower gel looked expensive

the only downside for myself was the fact it was just a B & B not an actual Hotel

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, fresh cooked and well presented. The bathroom was very clean and shiny with soft white towels.

A comfortable chair in the bedroom would have been really helpful. Just one hard upright chair and no comfortable arm chair in which to sit was a disappointment. Similarly, travelling with a friend there was nowhere for us to sit and plan the our visit except the bed or floor

Very comfortable clean and well run . Delicious breakfasts linen table cloths and napkins , a real treat.

Very helpful and friendly staff without their being intrusive. Great breakfast. Very close to local shops and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and well kept Easy drive to Gatwick airport

No lift - we are in our seventies and carrying our suitcases to the second floor was not as easy as when we were young!
