The staff member was very welcoming when I arrived. The room was beautiful, tidy and exceptionally clean. There was tea and coffee with complimentary biscuits. I was able to park easily.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed at breakfast. The cereal didn’t taste fresh. When I looked at the date on the box, the freshness date had passed by a month. I was only offered a small pot of tea, one cup. I wasn’t comfortable in bed and the quilt wasn’t heavy enough for me. I didn’t feel cosy. I went out having checked in at 12 noon, when I came back at 5pm there was no where to park. The staff member moved her car for me but I found this stressful.

Exceptional welcome at reception... Great location for easy access to Horsham Central. Excellent service and a great breakfast. Great value for money.

Mattress on the bed was too firm !! Suggested a Hypnos mattress would be perfect.....as used by Premier Inn.l

Nagyon kedves vendéglátó, igazán figyelmes volt, pl. elutazásunk reggelén szendvicset készített nekünk. Összességében nagyon jo kis, kényelmes szálloda nem pici szobával, közel a sétálóutcához, őket választanánk legközelebb is.
