Very friendly, Sue and John couldn't do enough for us.

started with a text to tell me my room was ready early, and to check my check in time. nice personal touch. Studio is absolutely lovely. breakfast brought to you at a time of your choice, but all other things other than cooked breakfast are already in your room (Milk, Orange Juice, Cereal etc.) Lovely owners.

This was my first stay at Netherleigh and its quirky home from home feel made it a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful stay and is happy to enjoy home comforts rather than look for nights out although it is close enough to Axminster and Lyme Regis to make an excellent base for exploring West Dorset and East Devon.

Very spacious and very comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and friendly. You eat breakfast in your own private space which was nice. I'd recommend a taxi down into axeminster to far to walk on country lanes with no footpaths. If going to river cottage hq it's only a 5min drive away so perfect if doing a course there.

My room was sparkly clean and comfortable. Can't thank the welcoming staff enough for their local"s tips on viewing the Northern Lights. Can't wait to stay there again on my next visit.

Beautifully restored building in the old town. Lovely room with lots of character and very clean and stylish. Breakfast was in served and we enjoyed the varied choice of local products. The owners were so friendly and helpful giving info on sites to visit, places to eat & walking to the beach at Xlendi. Would have liked to have stayed for longer.

Warm welcome, good advice on where to eat locally. Room well equipped (including provision of crockery and cutlery and a microwave, so a takeaway meal was possible.) Excellent ground coffee and real milk. Very good breakfast. Lovely views over the valley.

Very friendly hosts. Good English breakfast. Rather "Bijou" room and ensuite but we were made aware of this beforehand. This was the "cosy" room. Farm shop/cafe across the road very good. Lovely homemade cakes and ice cream, wonderful views and very friendly lady running it.

From the initial welcome to the comfort of the rooms was an excellent stay. Breakfasts were lovely overlooking the fields in the distance. Quiet secluded and calming.
