"Excellent accommodationi"

Well appointed accommodation, staff welcoming and very helpful. Very quiet, personal parking and an excellent breakfast next morning. Ability to come and go at will without fear of disturbing other guests. I have already recommended to a friend

"Perfect discovery point for the Jurrasic Coast"

Beautiful view over Axminster. Near to some beautiful beaches and Lyme Regis. Perfect starting point for discovering the Jurrasic Coastine in East Devon.

Chosen for proximity to East Devon places/family I wanted to see. Owners very welcoming. Breakfast excellent, didn't need lunch!!

"Great value for money, fantastic facilities"

Very much a home from home, we stayed in the snug room and it had everything possible you can think of to make our stay comfortable. The owners were friendly and the breakfast was top notch. We stayed here for the River Cottage restaurant experience and this was a great location, just make sure you book a taxi in advance as they can be few and far between (as recommended by the owners!)

We really enjoyed our two night stay. Warm welcome, lots of little extra considerate and thought out extras. Very clean, lovely breakfast. I would not hesitate in recommending this as a place to stay. very good value for money.
