Nothing everything was great

Great location, staff for very friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed, robes and complimentary smellies were a plus and perfect to have netflix. Only a 3 minute walk to the bronte parsonage.

Only thing was a was a little noisy below in the pub, but it wasn't loud for long.

This was a very friendly place to stay, with a car park over the road and within walking distance to the town centre. The room was comfy, nicely set out and had tea making facilities and a powerful shower, with dressing gowns for our use. As well as the breakfast, we had Sunday lunch in the bar and this was very tasty and there was plenty of it. I would recommend staying here and we will stay here again ourselves.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, though the tea & coffee was not refilled, but available on request.

The location was brilliant within walking distance of Brontë Parsonage and shops.

Very well presented and spotlessly clean.

Breakfast was really good. Room was lovely and well furnished. Shower small but powerful. Well stocked with tea , coffee and shower gel / hair shampoo.

Parking….could do with signage or the grass created into a proper guest parking bay(s)

The whole experience was good in terms of the accommodation and the helpfulness of the staff. I will stay there again.

The breakfast was a bit hit and miss. We had to ask for things as things had not been put out. However, the cooked items were tasty and nicely prepared.

Stayed here a few times now and always book the same room (for 1 night). Excellent location just a few minutes walk to Main Street. Ate in the pub that evening & the food is plenty & delicious. Had a lovely cooked full English breakfast the next morning before leaving.
