La ubicación del hotel, en todo el centro de San Andrés, cerca a los muelles y al comercio. La piscina junto al mar, las instalaciones grandes y aseadas, el buen servicio del personal. El desayuno es completo, variado y abundante.

La playa no es totalmente privada.

"Terrible decepción por la condiciones en las que se encuentra el hotel."

Nada. El hotel está en pésimas condiciones y la incomodidad es total. No cuentan con internet en las habitaciones; si necesitas conexión, tienes que ir hasta el lobby, lo cual es completamente inaceptable hoy en día. Las instalaciones están viejas, deterioradas y con un fuerte olor a humedad que hace imposible sentirse cómodo. La situación fue tan desagradable que tuve que pedir la devolución de mi dinero, porque sinceramente era imposible quedarse en un lugar en esas condiciones.

Todo NO me gustó. Todo fue una decepción. Arruinaron completamente mi estadía en San Andrés, especialmente considerando que estaba celebrando mi cumpleaños. De haber sabido las terribles condiciones en las que se encuentra actualmente el hotel, jamás lo habría elegido. Las instalaciones estaban en un estado muy deteriorado y no correspondían en absoluto con lo que muestran y describen en fotos. La situación fue tan incómoda que no tuve otra opción que solicitar la devolución de mi dinero y salir a buscar otro alojamiento en la isla, lo cual fue muy estresante y afectó por completo mi experiencia de viaje. Sinceramente, tuve una experiencia muy mala y me cuesta entender cómo siguen operando en estas condiciones.
