el personal muy bien, las instalaciones muy bien, el aseo en los baños regular, se observa un deterioro en las habitaciones y los baños necesitan mas cuidado, que de una sensacion de limpieza la cual no tenia.

las juntas en los baños, el deterioro del mobiliario, creo que se debe poner mas atencion a que el desgaste es normal pero la sensacion de deterioro como lo digo es evidente, los baños necesitan mas cuidado

El servicio para ser san Andrés es bueno y las personas muy atentas!

El hotel está totalmente destruido , las habitaciones tienen buen espacio pero están deterioradas a un punto que no tiene sentido el valor que cobran por lo que ofrecen . Las camas y colchones terribles , las almohadas tenaz, los Baños sucios huelen mal y con unos acabados desastrosos . Que mal por el operador prestigioso alquilar este tipo de inmuebles y no meterle nada .

Siempre me h gustado su ubicación, que tiene piscina sobre el mar y la vista es muy bonita. Que tiene acceso a una pequeña playa privada

La primera vez que visité el hotel fue hace 19 años, con el paso del tiempo se ve el deterioro en algunas de sus amenidades.
