U think hotel is running on budget, probably masalchi was the main chef in absence of chef. Cockroaches in food and everything was stale. Went with my pet as described by the hotel in booking will look after the pet during proposed safari. There was no arrangements. Unkept gardens. Unlike a taj property.

Waiter were running the show.

Every time I visit Gir serai, the staff over there eapecially Sajid bhai and Apu bhai makes it feel like home for us. The warm calm and happy vibes makes our stay pleasant.

Nothing, but to improve I would say they can make the room size slightly bigger
