When checking into the 3 bedroom suite my friends and I booked ( sleeps 8 people and we had 8 people) was told i only booked for 2 people and it’s an extra 10$ a person. Seems odd for a room that is obviously made for large parties to then have an “ extra persons” fee. Kindly the lady understood it was an unintentional error on my part and waved the $60. We thanked her greatly and offered to pay it, but she was kind and said not to worry about it. Then I get home and see they charged me $30 today. I called to inquire and was told we stole an extra blanket. I pleaded with the hotel and checked with my group, no one asked for an extra blanket from our room and certainly nothing was stolen by us. She then said that I shouldn’t complain as she waved the $ 60 person fee! That she checked and the blanket was gone so the charge would stand and hung up on the phone on me.
USNothing at all I need a refund the place wasn't clean, staff was rude and said that we can't read properly. As soon as you walk in the lobby you could smell mold and cigarettes. And all in general is a horrible place to stay

Just stating the facts: tiny rooms, only one outlet worked, the mini fridge froze all of our food in turn ruining it, no water pressure, all outside chairs were somewhat broken. In fact, my 70 year old father unknowingly sat in a broken plastic Adirondack chair and fell right through to the ground. Pool wasn’t too bad.

Pool was well kept. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Stayed 2 nights to visit Stone Mountain Arts Center!
Loved the 3 bedroom suite, was perfect for our family to stay after tubing with SacoBound, which is right across the street. Also had a pool, picnic tables, a playground, fire pits, etc. outside, which was great for the kids. Overall very pleased with our first visit to this motel.

We have plenty of space for our family vacation. This was our 3rd year. 15 people
USThe pool was clean as well as the grounds and had a river nearby as well as stores and other attractions.
USSpacious room. Overall clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was large enough for two people to move around in! A quite setting with no room to room noise interfering with our rest!
TV was a kind of washing out. Made it hard to view. Don’t know if it was TV settings or TV needed replacing. Did not affect our overall satisfaction with our stay.
Hotel needs to be totally upgraded for the cost
