The biggest issue is the price: much too much for the type of room. I have used this property for decades and have booked rooms for people attending our (dog) events. After this last stay, we have moved our business elsewhere. The room was very small for two beds. There was no place to hang clothes. There was an enormous chest of drawers which took up a lot of space. Tough to find an outlet for something I needed to plug in. Curtains didn't completely cover the window so I had glaring light from the parking lot in my face all night. Even though the room had been sprayed with an air freshener, there was a moldy smell in the bathroom. I can drive ten more minutes to North Conway and get a superior room for 30% less, which is exactly what I will do in the years to come.

The motel was on a busy road and the traffic sounds were quite noticeable from within the room. We could also hear noises from the adjacent room.

USWhen i checked in the owner accused me of lying about how many people are staying in the room. She told me i saw your friend in your car, i know you are lying. I told her my friend dropped me off then she accused me of lying about having a dog, i had no animal with me. Then she told me that check out is 10am and im leaving at 10am. The next morning i needed to renew my stay i called front desk before 10am to renew they apporved that ill be coming down in a few to renew. 30 mins later the owner busts thru my door and says times up get out. At this point i am furious and i go to the front desk to pay for another night and find out that the owner threw away my itinerary and the guy at the fro t desk needed to record all my info again. He told me that the owner threw it away. I also complained to him about the woman who busyed thru my door and he assured me that it was the owner and there is nothing he can do about it. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone

Bathroom was a little “ beat up”. Floor was rotting around the jams and hairdryer was in a different area than bathroom
