Golf View Hotel

The elevator didn't. work. We drove 15 hours and they wouldn't accommodate us. The person available to speak to at midnight when we arrived, would only text with us and refused to call us. They said they didn't own the property so they couldn't do anything. When we asked for a refund they went offline and wouldn't talk to us anymore. DO NOT waste your time with this place. Piss poor management.

Roach in room, limited towels, large roaches around pool area

The hotel staff were friendly,the hotel is clean and the complimentary breakfast every morning was very delicious . The housekeeping staff were very courteous and kept our room and surrounding areas quiet clean. The fish dinner from the" latitude lounge" was awesome and the hotel grounds has beautiful flowers and plants

Property needs improvement and elevator to get to the rooms too much stairs and it cost too much for the stay to only get breakfast

This property was at the time being renovated and I understand there would be some noise BUT on a Sunday morning when people are normally resting the workers were outside at 7am talking and laughing LOUD. There was a like a bulldozer or a tracker outside going back and forth. Loud banging and knocking. I called the front desk to complain and instead of getting better the noise only got louder. No concerns for the guest. We ask for an Iron the 1st one was broken and the water was leaking on my clothes the 2nd one the cord was taped up I wouldn't use that because I feared being shock. There was ants in the room and a baby green lizard😵 Management needs to spend some money on pest control. PS The workers were EXTREMELY nice and professional

Meal options need to be widened. Need more options

The overall stay was great especially the bar area. The room I had was cozy. My only issue is they need to be more efficient with technology. I was a bit irritated because the front desk staff wanted me to pay for my room again even though I show her my itinerary, confirmation number, credit card statement,etc it took them 2 days to realized that it was pay. By searching log books.

The property is convenient and rates are reasonable. The physical aspect needs some upgrades . The staff is friendly and efficient.

Check-in was long. We were advised to wait in the longe and the reception staff would come and get us when the room was ready, never happened, she forgot about us. Not a big deal but next time say, come check in like 30-40 min.
