Great staff. The property was busy with a good atmosphere. The building decor is a bit tiered but always kept as clean as possible.

Not clean at all, Water leak from roof from rain. Broken furniture ,cockroach in the room. Power down for hours and that lead no water in toilets for hours . Towels is tooo old and color is too dirty . Music system not working, Bed lamp ( table lmap ) not working, some power socket not working( so u cant charge mobile near to your bed )

Down graded my room but still charged the higher price. No water pressure in my shower. Wifi and TV reception was bad

Location was good and the 24 hour bar and restaurant perfect

The room was up a shaky staircase thought they would collapse every time I walked up them There were no coffee and tea facilities had to go downstairs to purchase p80 give p100 but no change given every time The room itself was ok but the water stank of sewage to a point that you almost threw up having a shower while the aircon was a modern split system you had no windows to open to let in air and daylight

Location great and food on site was brilliant and you get 10% off for staying there just remember to show key and room number. Free toiletries in bathroom.

Someone broke into our room at 3am. Not sure if on purpose or accident but their key worked in our door and they were fighting against the security chain... We had no working safety deposit box as box didn't appear to have any power. Room needs a fair bit of tlc. Room is above a gogo bar so music is blaring all hours of the day and night. Couldn't use pool as felt very uncomfortable, it is out the back of the gogo bar and have to walk through what appeared to be a team meeting with the ladies getting their share of pay. Pool is then overlooked by the rooms out back which had some questionable patrons.
