Kokomos Hotel and Restaurant

Location can't be bettered, if your a certain traveller, rooms not quite met my expectations. Staff great and restaurant on site fantastic.

Room, noisy and bathroom not quite as good as expected

Spent a few days in AC. Enjoyed the food and hospitality at Kokomos. 10% discount for guests. The staff was professional.

While I did enjoy my stay at Kokomos, there are a few things that they need to address. The main 2 are WiFi and TV. They have six or seven different WiFi connections to log into and they are ALL horrible. They constantly drop every few seconds to a minute and they takes a few minutes to reconnect and start the cycle all over. Makes it impossible to do anything and extremely hard to message anyone. TV, while I never plan to spend much time in my room, but those few hours I do spend in my room, I think its important to have TV or I should say cable to be more specific. They only 7 channels and 4 out of the 7 was different news... CNN, Euronews, Chinese news and I forget the other one. The other 3 was terrible local channels. At least they can have one movie channel available. Recommendations, get rid of half of the WiFi connections and focus on having 3 STRONG working connections. Have at least one working movie channel, HBO is an all time favorite for most. I did enjoy my stay, room was nice and the staff was great.

rooms are very worn down, toilet sometimes didn’t work, no bottled water in the room unless you pay 70 peso for it and that’s a rip off.I found the property nickel and dimes you to death.
