Service was fantastic the people that work at night the restaurant manager front desk went out of their way to help us with anything we needed I don’t know her name but the blond young lady from front desk was amazing they even fixed our tv

We always enjoy our stay here. We've been coming for years. We now have two wonderful places to stay right on the beach in Newport. Also, the restaurant is divine! Parking at Dorys is free after 2:00. Lots of eateries and things to do. You can walk to Lido or Balboa in 10 mins. Last, their rooftop view can't be beat. It's wonderful to watch the sun set. It sits on a very active corner. They give you ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, but things settle down at night.

It’s a lovely view but too noisy. People were hanging out directly under our window talking well beyond 2:00 am.

Their genuine warmth and attentiveness contributed significantly to the relaxed and inviting atmosphere of the hotel.We had the pleasure of staying in Room Number Eight, and it was nothing short of magical. The authentically vintage decor, particularly the enchanting fabric canopy bed, made us feel like royalty. It was a truly unique and immersive experience that perfectly captured the essence of a time long past. While there was some ambient noise from the donut shop next door, which is to be expected when staying so close to the beach, the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs and a noise machine. Thanks to these amenities, we slept soundly and without any issues.Our culinary highlight was undoubtedly the delicious meal we enjoyed at 21 Oceanfront, the restaurant located conveniently below the hotel. The atmosphere was fun, cozy, and incredibly friendly, making for a perfect dining experience.Doryman's Inn is a true gem for anyone seeking a unique and charming seaside getaway. We highly recommend it for its wonderful staff, distinctive rooms, and thoughtful amenities.

The bed was very comfortable. The outside noise was exected. (Donut shop customers were lined up under the window until 2PM)

Lauren and Presley at the front desk will take care of anything you need. The check-in was easy, the room was beautiful and the location right on the beach can’t be beat. Lauren even scored us a very last minute reservation at the steakhouse downstairs. My family loved this trip!

We loved our ocean view room. I love the history. It’s an older property, but we prefer that it’s a very busy area so if you’re sensitive to noise, this may not be your choice. It doesn’t bother us, however.
