"Welcoming and helpful"

Hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful - offering use of their tumble dryer to get our rain sodden clothes dry - and providing good tips for restaurants etc. Comfortable rooms, nice location with easy access to metro, and English well spoken by staff

I think one thing can make a hotel amazing the people who is working there. I met such a wonderful people at front desk who help me with everything. I had some problem with my credit card in somewhere else they helped me with everything. Specially l have to mention two names Patricio and Karla who is such a sweet girl try to make sure if l am going somewhere she is taking car’s license plate texting me if everything is okay. I have never seen customer service like that. I am also so happy that traveled with intrepid. They have amazing tour guides help you with everything. Thank you 😊

What a beautiful little B and B built in an old Colonial house! The staff here are so very kind and helpful!! And it is very comfortable too-the bed covers are delightful and heavy and I slept so well! They serve very delicious breakfasts too!!
