UI Inn

We didn't actually get to stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the manager sent someone to pick us up who took us to the Elite Hotel. He explained that UI was overbooked and that the same owner/manager control three properties, so they send guests to different hotels depending on capacity. Obviously this is kind of strange...but at least we had a place to stay close to the airport at the same price that we booked originally.

Compared to the rest of the Maldives, this hotel is nothing special. However, it was a great place to stay before an early morning flight out of the country. There was a bit of construction being done on the outside of the building but our room was perfectly fine and clean. If you compare this hotel to rooms on a resort island you will never be satisfied. However, if you compare this hotel to rooms at other independent guest houses you will be pleased with your stay here. Breakfast was decent, staff was friendly,and our room was clean and spacious. We were happy with our stay here and would stay here again.

The hotel was decent and the staff friendly. Our room was however not cleaned and we were charged 20$ more than the booking price and told it was the discount price. Also we asked for blankets as we were not provided any, never got them. Right on the beach mornings were beautiful. The continental breakfast was ok

We used the hotel to stay for 5 hours before our flight departure. We went to the information desk in the airport and ask for UI hotel pick and someone was there to pick us up in 5 minutes. The room was clean. The towel was the the thinnest I have seen as a bath towel. Keep in mind that the room might be $60 USD, but with all the tax and fees it will cost $115. They ask for cash as they said 3% surcharge for using credit card.

Only stay 1 night after a late evening flight. You can't expect more from this price - much cheaper than other B&B in the Male city.

Good for a short stay. Everything average. Suggest to improve the bath towels.

Its a new hotel, sort of cute. Beach is very close by. The staff Melannie, Kalandar, Raju, Badal are all very helpful & take very good care. The food is very good & service is quick. A good deal at that price.

This was one of the worst hotels stays for me. I waited 1.5 hrs at the airport for a pickup. I was told only to take one egg at breakfast! The TV in the room did not work, the fan only worked on hyper, probably dangerous, speed, and the staff seemed incompetent in every way. Avoid this hotel like it had the plague!
