Die Lage ist optimal, direkt an der Arena und am Puls von Verona

In die Jahre gekommen, Türschloss und Safe defekt, Schimmel im Bad usw. Wasserflecke an der Decke.

Boendet överträffade alla förväntningar vilket kompenserade trubblet med att hitta hotell och komma in. Väldigt rymligt, lyxigt badrum och väldigt centralt läge. En skön säng.

Det var lite svårt att hitta. De finns på två adresser centralt och vi hade fått lite vilseledande information. Vi gick till adressen som stod i välkomstbrevet men koden öppnade inte rummet. Ingen svarade när vi ringde. Det löste sig! På restaurangen Mamma Mia vid torget får man hjälp och 10% rabatt om man bor på hotellet. En aning lyhört.

Amazing location, really comfortable bed and good bed linen / towels Host was responsive when I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Allowed us to leave luggage in her restaurant after checking out.

It was nothing like the photos on the site which was a shock and disappointment. My room was in a “separate building” & I believed this would be the same quality when in reality, it felt like an old hostel rather than the light, attractive photographs I had seen. Very tired, bathroom that didn’t feel clean and the door didn’t open or close properly. No security to the front door (was meant to need a key code) which meant anyone could access the building.
