"Would have been nice if it had the promised view."

Ideal location overlooking the piazza by the arena. Comfortable and very convenient.

I would classify this as a room rather then an apartment. We were very disappointed as we paid a premium to upgrade to a balcony with a view. Unfortunately when we arrived we found that the view was completely obscured by scaffolding - which we were not advised about in advance. There were also workmen on the balcony and scaffolding from 8:30 in the morning which was not acceptable. We have asked for a refund to reflect the fact that there was no view and we couldn’t use the balcony. We are still waiting.

"Do not stay here"

It was the worst stay and customer service experience and left myself and my Daughter in a position whereby we were unable to stay at the property safely.

There were building works and scaffolding across the front of the balcony with dangerous access to the property and scaffold protruding onto the balcony. Absolutely no view of the square at all and then not able to speak to the property to raise a complaint. There was no WiFi at the property - poor connection was reported on wifi. The person who was the contact was extremely rude and spoke me down when I tried to call them to explain the situation. I didn't feel safe in response to their communication at all. The door locks are extremely sensitive and dangerous. If you needed to exit or enter ina hurry you wouldn't be able to. Extremely stressful and unhappy stay. Do not stay here
