The air condition did not work. we had to change the room later Later we could not go into the room and were waiting 45min in the hot stairway, thsat somebody broke in. actually I expect some refund

A localização pra quem pretende assistir às óperas na Arena de Verona é sensacional. A decoração do quarto é inspirada nos espetáculos. É um quarto no modelo de hospedagem sem recepção, o hóspede recebe as instruções por e-mail.

Apenas da escada, embora ela seja segura para subir com bagagem leve.

Staff responded well to problems as much as they could by offering room upgrade at no cost. Good location.

The aircon in the original room and the offered upgrade did not adequately cool the room. Yes, it was hot outside, but even with aircon on max, the room never got below 29 degrees.
