Good location, historical building, nice wellness area, helpful and smiled staff.

Breakfast was a little bit disappointing.

Nicely renovated, combination of 19th century heritage and today. Great spa, good food, nice service. Stayed here for the third time, will come back. Free car parking on the street but hotel parking is available also. Both lakes are in 5 minutes walk.

Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again.

Request for late checkout and early checkin was gladly accepted by daytime front desk employee

Rude night staff, no air conditioning, refused to change rooms and insisted on using a fan. Terrible value for money. After much struggle, a change of room was provided but the room was in a really bad shape with dirt carpets and a musky smell.
