Kempinski Seychelles Resort

The location is convenient if you are looking to stay on the main island. They have their own private beach and it’s very quiet and clean! It’s our second time in Seychelles and last time we booked Hilton on a private island which was also an amazing option but they bought their shares to a Maldivian brand but for a hotel on the mainland Kempinski is ok for bad.

The property is fine but it needs bicycles like the other hotels on the other islands, yoga or any sports activities which are also helpful for people to relax, and tour organizing as they don’t organize activities to visit Seychelles to go to la digue we had to book with getyourguide. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My sister and I stayed here for some nights. The beach is not that big but somehow, she got her bag stolen with her earphones in it (with other valuables) but the earphones helped us see where the bag was moving, which ended up moving around in “staff only” areas for about two days and the staff didn’t do anything to get them back or something. Even with this proof, the staff was extremely rude towards us. They gaslit us telling us the bag “must’ve always been in our room”. They harassed us during breakfast at the buffet, just following us and telling us it was impossible something like that could have happened at the hotel (in a very rude tone). We left Seychelles and even if the earphones after two days left the hotel and were in the village area (in a zone with no hotels) getting back my sister’s stuff wasn’t the bad part. The terrible part was the treatment we got from all the staff and how they don’t know how to handle situations like this and they just believe because it’s a small island, no one would do something like that. I’ve stayed at other Kempinski hotels around the world but would never again stay at a Kempinski nor ever go back to Seychelles.

Breakfast was very good 🥰 especially good service with Amelie, Fred, isabelle, Chantal, Emma, Sandeep, Greg, Jeannette, and Mercia keep it up, and the egg was delicious ,and Curtis the porter so kind and friendly.

An absolutely stunning beach, one of the most beautiful in the Seychelles. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous tropical surroundings, and a truly luxurious breakfast.

Friendly staff. Very helpful when we were looking for a vase for flowers in the room. Also helped us retrieve items we had left in different places at the hotel.

Kempinski Seychelles is a vast resort with a striking grand entrance, perfectly suited for groups and families. The moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a pristine beach overlooking the ocean. While there is only one pool, the property offers two restaurants, a lively bar, and kids’ playgrounds, making it versatile and welcoming. The spa is excellent, the cuisine consistently great, and the suites stand out with modern design, expansive bathrooms, and stunning lagoon views. A wonderful choice for a luxurious and relaxing island stay.

Our stay was really amazing, we where warmly welcome apon the security team at entrance and the lady in red Beverly apon arrival she was really amazing and very friendly. Also the house keeping team was really great and all the other staff was very helpful the restaurant team also was super friendly and the food was top notch 👌real definition of a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.
