All rooms include a mini-bar that is stocked with free drinks on arrival. Replacement drinks are provided at an additional charge. There is compulsory New Year's dinner on 31 December which is not included in the rate and has to be paid at the Resort. Please note, all other restaurants will be closed on those evenings. Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. Failure to produce the original card at check-in will result in full payment being charged to an available credit card at check-in and the initial booking deposit will be refunded to the original card. A Dine Around Credit of EUR 40 per person per day for dinner (food only) is applicable to half board bookings only. Kempinsky has an exceptional estate, the biggest in size in the country. One km private beach with coral reef, 80 ha forest and garden with its own freshwater pond and beatiful granite cliff behind. Best place to experinence the natural beauty of Seychelles and hide for a few days/weeks.

The quality if the food should be improved. Does not match the overal quality of the rooms and the property.

Kempisky is an enchanting place where time stands still! It takes a few days to get used to the calm and relaxed pace, but you can find the time to do things in complete relaxation! Everyone at the property is smiling and friendly, ready to help and offer different experiences! The beach at Lazare Bay is second only to Petit Anse. The yoga experience was amazing, immersed in the pristine nature of Mount Kempisky, where you can admire trees and plants of all kinds! Now I understand where cinnamon comes from! With Paul, I was able to weave my first coconut palm leaf bag and taste Creole dishes in their restaurants! During breakfast, Ayman assisted me every day, showing great concern and ready to provide me with everything I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience! Here you can admire one of the most beautiful sunsets by the sea, accompanied by a barbecue with a private chef who takes care of your experience down to the smallest details!

Stay at Kempinski Seychelles Resort (Room 627). Strong mold/damp smell upon arrival. I developed a worsening rash after the first night (I am allergic to dust). Shaking the bed sheets released visible dust (video evidence). Reported immediately — no management follow-up. After requesting urgent deep cleaning due to a medical issue, the room remained dirty (sand in the shower, floors not properly cleaned). This is alarming for a property operating under Kempinski Hotels and charging premium rates. Guests should be aware.

Прилетели отмечать 2 дня рождения- мой и супруга, заранее спросила как в отеле проходят поздравления, пообещали, что поздравят на завтраке. В итоге в день рождения мужа на завтраке поздравления не было, я подошла на ресепшен и мне предложили поздравить в номере. В итоге поздравления так и не было. На мой день рождения поздравлений также не было. Очень было грустно в дали от дома и от родных и близких, не было ощущения праздника. Даже открытки не было, как в других отелях. Еще не понравилось что в номер часто приносили только капсулы БЕЗ кофеина, когда я звонила чтобы пополнили обычным кофе С кофеином, мне казалось что они вообще не понимают что я к ним пристала. В целом весь сервис очень ленивый.
