We were celebrating my wife birthday. The room was very comfortable.

We stayed here twice for one-night each. The front desk agents we interacted with were very friendly. We also appreciated the large map at the entrance showing dining and activities in the area. There was plenty of parking available, along with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It is also only a 5 minute drive to the Monroe Airport (MLU). Both rooms we stayed in were clean. They both did have an odd setup though for the TV location, making it difficult to watch straight on from either the bed or the couch. The bed itself was comfortable. We found the breakfast to be average. We would stay here again for a one-night stay if needed.

WORST hotel stay ever! We were awoken around midnight to the sound of people in the room above us running and jumping up and down. Between 12:00 - 3:00am, we called and went down to the front desk asking “Brenda” (staff) to help. She said she would ask the family to “keep it down”. Nothing changed. My son knocked on the door of the family upstairs 2x requesting they keep the noise down. The first time, the woman in the room denied it was her kids making the noise, while my son could see them running and jumping behind her. The 2nd time, the woman cussed my son out. Then Brenda called our room shifting the blame to us for bothering the woman and children stating the woman would call the cops if we didn’t leave them alone. We have stayed in hundreds, if not thousands of hotels over the years and this was by far the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel stay. It was bad enough dealing with the guest above us, who had no respect for others, but it was totally unacceptable to be blamed and made the villain by the Marriott Hotel staff.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. To briefly summarize what you’re about to read, the people in the hotel kept us up until 4am and the FRONT DESK lady cussed us out for asking her to help. My entire family woke up at 1:20AM to loud thumping noises coming from the room above us (children running around and stomping, jumping, and falling around on the floor), so we called the front desk to ask them to remedy that issue. The front desk lady was rude and reluctant to comply, and said “she’s check it out.” The thumping persisted, so it didn’t really seem like she did anything. I took it into my own hands to go up and politely ask the family above us to keep it down, and they nodded and shut the door. Front desk called and said that we were on about nothing, and there was NO noise in fact. The thumping PERSISTED until 3am, where I went upstairs again and even more politely asked them to keep it down, where they told me I needed to F* off and F* myself, and I COULD SEE THEIR KIDS RUNNING AROUND AND JUMPING OFF THE BEDS BEHIND THEM. This was not the worst part though. The front desk lady then called my room and cussed us out, then said she would have the cops called on us if we kept complaining about the noise and that WE were the problem. This was unacceptable, and I will not be staying again, nor should you.

Decent food. Could be cleaner. Time for a deep clean and upgrade of old furnishings. The breakfast is the best part. Would love to see more options.

At check in a 20 dollar fee was charged and 10 days later is still pending.

The hotel room was dirty and had a smell. The bed was uncomfortable. When we went up to our room there was a guy standing between our door and his door drunk. He just leaned against the wall. Then while in the room him and another guy that was standing out by his door started talking loudly . Not sure why this hotel has good rating bc it needs a deep cleaning and better staffing to keep ppl staying there feel comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like is you can’t control the air or heat and the room and plus you can’t check in until three they don’t care if you are traveling or not but other than that, it was lovely

Very nice rooms clean with full kitchen very convenient to anywhere. Would stay here again.
