Staff was amazingly helpful and kind. The rooms were fantastic, the 2 bedroom suite was big an an apartment! The buffet breakfast was also very good, I will be staying here every time I come to Monroe.

They are awesome they had towels in the room beds made and towels for the pool by the door out to the pool ready good breakfast even though it is a small spread of dishes I was happy toweplace suites Monroe is by far the most comfortable hotel in the city of mornoe by the mail and Lowe’s and sams club 10/10

We chose this property for it's location and the fact that it had a partial kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Everything was good except the check in process which was exasperating. Our key would not unlock our room. After multiple trips to the 4th floor and back. The staff finally determined that the battery in the lock had died. Thankfully, the maintenance man walked into the lobby at that point and repaired it. However it still took one more trip up and back before the key worked. Everything was good after that.
