Where to start... Terrible all round: - shabby and dirty reception area and the rooms are awful and outdated - unhelpful staff - the food is awful - the smell of weed is everywhere - pull out beds awful and difficult to sleep on - entertainment scary for little kids, even the older ones - plates and cups dirty - food is cold and lack of choices - some staff extremely rude - noisy at night - thin walls and very loud arguments can be heard, actually quite scary - drunk guests arguing at all hours - freezing cold pools - sun loungers out late and packed away early - no towels for loungers - rooms in general so dirty, I didn't want to touch anything and alot of things broken and falling apart - rude guests - lots and lots of vaping - no key for safe given unless you pay - shower near pool area do not work Only good thing it's close to the beach and the main bed in the room is big.

Food was fine for the cost.

Number of toilets and lifts could be better.

What an amazing holiday. We went in the last week of October and the hotel was decorated halloween themed all throughout. The staff were dressed up each day too. Kids entertainment was great, with the hotel staff doing the entertainment rather than hiring in 3rd party acts. All the entertainers were great with the kids and really got the party started for them. My youngest daughter (11 months) loved them all and was always dancing along with them. The firework show which they did was great, all be it a little close to the guests to be swinging round a Catherine wheel, but the show was excellent. During one of the shows, they dyed 1 swimming pool red and it stayed this way the whole week. Food was great, although very much the same most nights, but we couldn't fault it. All inclusive drinks were also great with good measures 😁 Swimming pool was great as well as the slides BUT it was freezing cold 🥶 Sunbeds are chained up until a certain time in the morning, so it makes it fair fir everyone to grab one when they do unlock them, but there was always a bed available We upgraded our bedroom to a baby room, which consisted of a cot, bottle warmer, baby bath and changing mat. All this was great and really useful for us. My only criticism of the rooms, are that they are too small for a family of 5. My 2 eldest children slept in the bedroom and myself, husband and baby daughter, slept in the main room on a sofa bed and a pull out bed. We didn't want to keep putting this up and down each day, so it took up a lot of room. More storage for clothes is needed. There isn't a lot to do in the area and not many shops around except an equivalent on a Chinese B&M across the road, which sold everything you can think of. The beach was really nice and very clean, with ample sunbeds available. Beach toilets and a bar was also available Taxis are a no for 5 people. Tye hotels can only book for 4 people, so we had to get the bus into magaluf and palma. Magaluf was a ghost town, with only 1 other family seen on our travels. I know we went at the end of season, but literally nothing was open, except Kathmandu, which was a great few days out (we had 3 days to use 10 credits included in the ticket). Overall a great holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to all families

I recommend this hotel. It's trustworthy. I was absolutely shocked by how many attractions they had for the children, how many games, how many ideas, how well organized. My daughter had her birthday and the staff arranged a small cake. I'll be back again in a few years. 5/5 stars! Very high recommend! Well done for all of you , amazing staff !!!

Great hotel, great team, halloween was bloody fantastic! You will not get the same excperiance anywhere else. only downside was the room they gave us was right next to the staff area so we could hear them late at night and early morning.

Animation team is amazing and tried their best to organise activities for kids and adults despite changing weather. Hotel service is good as well and all people are polite and helpful.

Hotel is dated and would require renovation. Our room wasn't clean, bathroom had wallpaper hanging from the ceiling and many cracks in the wall probably because of old water leaks. Kitchen amenities are dated and require replacement. We found cockroach in the bathroom one day. Food average, myself and my wife we've got food poisoning at some stage and we only ate in the hotel.

Super location 3 mins from supermarket and 8 mins from beach. Super evening shows. Food good and pool and slides super.

Machine cocktails...yuk. Blanket for beds old.
