Very good with a good selection

Bed linen . One sheet had 3 holes in it. A couple of blankets were torn and threadbare. Partner cut finger badly on football machine playing with grandson. Lifeguard dressed it and sd stitches needed. No one helped clean up blood. Reception woman not interested. Bled through so another guest got dressings from lifeguard and redressed it. Aggressive security men. Shouted at us and told to get away from reception. Asked for manager. Refused. Door men said we saw you on camera and you had a broken finger when playing the football machine- we were shocked. Dreadful. No accident report made.

This hotel is a magical experience for adults and children. Fun and more Fun . However, food is always Luke Warm ! It’s very tasty food with plenty selection but not hot enough for me to eat but I did use the microwave provided to heat it up . We had breakfast one day at 8 am the opening time and still not hot enough ! Don’t let that put you off as you can still have an amazing holiday with children. Animation team are second to none 🙌

Location: close to everything but not to close to the madness about 5/ 7 minutes to the beach plenty of shops if you do go self catering. Atmosphere : brilliant for kids shows were great loads to do days and nights always something on for kids plus kids club. Amenities: Rooms double bed mattress was so comfy the sofa mattress wasn't as good but still ok every room have wee kitchens and fridges and TVs would have loved a TV in my bedroom lol....just a thought as I love to watch TV in bed. Value was ok we paid £960.00 each for all-inclusive Breakfast was good Drinks and food threw out the day was OK (different drinks for the paying customers ) snacks were good if you check menu! there's things that the all-inclusive can't get And it finishes at 11pm Cleaners done well in our room The staff were great in the bar and front desk all very friendly. Plenty of life guards at the pool but still be careful as it gets deep all of a sudden I was walking out and then before I knew it . it had a ledge and I went down only I can swim the slides are a god sent to keep the little ones busy . Noise: didnt hear any to be honest My grandchildren has special needs and wheelchair access and they couldn't do enough thanks to Beverly she was brilliant . They got the rooms beside the pool which was extra but worth it because of the childs needs which ment we could bring kids out straight to the pool without having to use wherl chair and lifts . Definitely go again

As a wheelchair user I found ut very accessible,but not the beds are quite low. Our 10yr old son had a blast. Would recommend

Villaggio stupendo sotto l'aspetto dell' animazione essendo completamente tematizzato a tema pirati e gli spettacoli veramente ben fatti e con artisti veramente bravi. Per quanto riguarda l'alloggio noi abbiamo scelto l'appartamento standard non tematizzato che comunque aveva i loghi dei pirati in ogni stanza. Grande e spazioso, unica pecca pulizie non tutti i giorni e asciugamani spesso un po' troppo "vissuti". Con l' all-inclusive avevamo colazione, pranzo e buffet con un ampia scelta e cose preparate al momento come omelette e pancake a colazione, carne e pesce al forno/alla griglia e pizza sempre sfornata fresca sia a pranzo che cena. Spillatore di birra, vino e bibite illimitate. Piscina principale molto grande e piacevole di temperature e scivoli molto belli e divertenti per i bambini. Assolutamente consigliato per chi ha bimbi piccoli

Спектакли были в традиционном стиле с популярными диснеевскими сюжетами, то что надо для детей! -Ближайший пляж находится в бухте и там почти нет волн, идеально для детей!

- Сотрудник ресепшена, который нас встречал, пытался нас обмануть с парковкой, мол поблизости нет бесплатных и мы обязательно должны арендовать паркинг у них. Спасибо женщине администратору, которая позже все объяснила. - Не было штопора в номере

Pirates Village hotel is excellent. First off the welcome from staff was that of a 5 star hotel. The foyer is large and well ventilated. The rooms themselves are very basic however with most of your time spent at the pool or in the dining room or the bar area. Thats not even remotely an issue. You have a cooker, and a fridge freezer. The pool is large with a kid's pool, babies pool and slide into water pool. All of which are well maintained. The sun loungers are padlocked and get opened at a set time so there is no unfair advantage. Fellow guests can also assist in lifting loungers down which is greatly appreciated. We encountered this each day we waited for the loungers to be unlocked Staff, across the board from reception, cleaners, bar staff to the entertaining acrobatics were all excellent. Communication was excellent in English and in Spanish. The food was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Well above that of a standard 3 star hotel. The continuous rotation of fresh food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was impressive. There is also a snack bar with food to supplement you throughout the day. Drinks are nice and there is a some nice draught beer on tap. Amstel if I remember correctly. The all inclusive experience was well worth it. Don't bother doing the maths. You get more than what you pay for in quality and quantity. I would say that the entertainment can be a bit full on. But please look at the funny and entertaining side. You're booking a pirate themed hotel. I would 100% recommend this hotel to any future visitors and we will be visiting again. Muchas Gracias Pirates Village.
