Berida Hotel

We were in a group of 8 conservative gentleman. Spent $1000s.dining and more for the accommodation and were told that after 9 pm we had to leave the hotel or go to our rooms if we wanted to continue talking as a group. We continued to chat quietly in a common area. We were told we could not as the area was closed. Basically we were confined to our rooms or had to leave the premises to chat as a group after 9pm….Really!

Glamorous to drive into

It stunk. Unbearable smell. At reception they blow this awful odor out to try and cover up the unpleasant smell, worse than the smell of mold. In our room the smell was so intense we had to sleep with the windows open but there were lights on all night outside.

So much character, restaurant great. Room spacious and very clean. Well staffed and very knowledgeable about area etc.

The facilities I thought there was a heated pool and spa advertised. No longer there.

We had a two night mid week stay at this beautifully restored Hotel. The tasteful decor, log fires and delightful dining room made this a very comfortable stay. It is a short walk to the Town Centre with many interesting shops and restaurants. A pleasant get away close to Sydney and well worth a visit
