I’m not sure why it’s rated 4 star because it’s definitely a 5 star hotel! The experience was beautiful from beginning to end. I was greeted by the hotel manager Purdi, and she was absolutely lovely. All of the staff were amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The bistro Sociale was amazing! Loved the steak, honey glazed carrots and cod croquettes. The hotel itself is so beautiful and charming, I felt like I’d stepped into the countryside of English, but all of that aside it is the lovely staff who look after you and make you feel like you’re at home that will make your stay. I will definitely be back!
