Excellent place to stay front desk always very nice

It was very clean & looked nice!

When we got to the room, the door didn’t want to open with our key, then our remote to the tv didn’t work & neither did the microwave. The fridge also does NOT keep things the slighted bit of cold. Room was clean & presentable but none of the appliances worked basically. Then we went to check out & there was no one at the front desk, after my husband stood there waiting for someone to come he ended up just setting our keys on the counter & walked out. As a whole they could do MUCH better especially with being a tourist town! I’m local & have never had these issues elsewhere around the area like I did here.

I wish the price was lower. I was told that I could get a better price if I deal with them directly.

Very poor customer service. I was unable to arrive because of Tornados and Flooding. I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I said hat I was aware the cancellation time had passed but asked that do to the circumstance could they make an exception. I was told no, there was no conversation about it, just no, you will be charged. I have stayed there a few times in the past so I was a reoccurring guess. Apparently this local property was more focused on my $120 the me ever staying there again.

Gentleman checking me in was not overly friendly. He did not offer any information concerning breakfast, WiFi or anything else. Room was clean and comfortable but would probably not stay there again.

Beds were very comfortable and soft. Bed, room and bathroom were all clean. # of yowels was adequate. Was quiet.

Frig didn't work (if not plugged in, woold be hard to do.) We didn't call cause were away so much and had a cooler. Minimal breakfast item selection although we stayed over a weekend

No housekeeping service, no fresh towels, no fresh coffee, no fresh cups. The breakfast offerings were meager.

Please don't waste your hard earned money at this place. Rooms are not maintained. When we flushed our toilet, all of the water flooded out from the bottom of the toilet all over the floor. Air conditioner not functioning and when you call the front desk to complain, there is no answer and no one at the desk. The very old key card lock would not let us in our room most times and had to go find someone to let us in. This property advertises free breakfast included. And at over $100 a night I would expect something better than cereal with no milk. Just cereal, not juice, no toast, no eggs, no bacon.
